This list was released on 3rd April 2019 exactly one month after preliminary exams.

TNPSC Group 1 Preliminary exam was conducted on 3rd March 2019.

Result was released exactly 30 days after preliminary. This created a trust among Tnpsc aspirants on this Examination.

This happened mainly due to Former TNPSC CHAIRMAN Hon’ble ARULMOZHI IAS. He worked with complete dedication and almost all the exams in the annual planner was successfully accomplished.

Lakhs of people appeared on this TNPSC GROUP 1 PRELIMINARY EXAM that was conducted in various centres of Tamilnadu.

Out of them, nearly 9000 candidates were selected for TNPSC GROUP 1 MAINS EXAM.

It was selected based on the ratio of 1:50.

It means for one post, nearly 50 candidates were selected for mains.
