1. India’s first Steel Road inaugurated in Gujarat:

Gujarat’s Surat has got the first “Steel Road” which is made up of Steel Waste.
Under the waste to wealth initiative and Clean India Campaign, the undertaking is 1 kilometre long and has six lanes.

2. Appointment:

Lieutenant General Vinod G. Khandare (retired) has been appointed as Advisor in the Ministry of Defence.

4. World’s most noise polluted city – Dhaka:

“Annual Frontier Report 2022” released by UNEP.
Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh has been ranked the most noise polluted city globally.
As per the report, the city recorded noise pollution of 119 decibels at its highest dB in 2021.
Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad came second on the list.

She has defeated Busanan Ongbamrungphan of Thailand.
