1. Aama Yojana and Bahini Scheme:
- Launched by the government of Sikkim.
- Aama Yojana: Aims to inculcate the habit of saving among non-working mothers in the State and the government will provide them Rs.20,000 each in their bank accounts annually.
- Bahini Scheme: To reduce the dropout rate of girl students due to lack of accessibility/availability of sanitary napkins and also to ensure menstrual health and hygiene.
2. Aarushi Verma:

- Selected for 2041 Climate force Antarctica Expedition.
- 2041 climate force aims to raise awareness and work for the preservation of Antarctica through the promotion of recycling, renewable energy and sustainability solutions to combat the effects of climate change.

5. New President of FATF:
- Financial Action Task Force
- T Rajakumar, a Singaporean has been named.
- It is the world’s anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing agency.
- Recently FATF retained Pakistan in the greylist and asked the country to work on money laundering investigations and prosecution.

9. SAMARTH:
- Special Entrepreneurship Promotion Drive for women.
- Launched by the Ministry of MSME.
- To provide skill development and Market development assistance to women and to train more than 7500 women candidates from rural and suburban areas in FY 2022-23.
10. The central government has appointed Justice Dhirubhai Naranbhai Patel as the chairperson of the Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal(TDSAT).
